dont ever let rick try and tell you guys he "climbed" a fence to get across the border

is it still possible for higher level items to drop when welling rusted items?

the secondary drops are according to your lvl not the lvl of the item being welled
or so i have seen and believe

good to know it still works the way it use to =) I've found level 55 items welling a rusted before, which is why I tend to well everything.

Another question. When expanding your vault size and paying that 100fg, do you have to only pay 100fg again when renewing your 30 days? Or does it go up to 200fg?
