Probably +3 jubilance total.
Jubilance is the amount exp gained every second while doign nothing ^^

Angelic bronze dagger
Damage: 18 to 31

+7 Vitality
+1 to 24 Mana per Kill
+1% Magical Damage Reduction
+3 Jubilance

so in teori if i had items with like 20 jub ,,, i could go afk and let it lvl by it self ?

not really you get disconnect after like 20-30 min
and you need to kill at least 1 monster by level I think
