Hmm, I caught a few Herring Fish, with Under 100life/mana. With the updates, I would have thought that it would have been 100 Minimum that Herring fish could spawn with?

Or I did I read something wrong?

Base fish healing is 25 * tier so anything over 50 for herring is normal.

unless it changed it's 25 for all tier...

25 to 100*Tier

You read right, average life/mana per fish got way higher started a new cod stack and average went up around 100 life..

Ok, Im still All confused

Sardine - 25 to 100 life/mana
Herring - 50 to 200 life/mana
Cod - 75 to 300 life/mana

I guess "More Strictly" and "should" play a part with this?
If it says, "herring should no longer spawn with sardine level stats"

Since Sardine levels stats goes up to 100, does that mean that Herring should not spawn with Stats below 100 stats?

With that they should look like this :

Sardine - 25 to 100 life/mana
Herring - 100 to 200 life/mana
Cod - 200 to 300 life/mana


Edit : Just got message from Paul in game. First list is correct. The bolded one.

Used to be

I wonder if it has the same values as Heal Mastery. I would assume so. So that would mean EE/Mastery is better than EE/Int when Int and Mastery are equal.

Yea I'm assuming its pretty equal to the same as int. But the added bonus is when a monster attacks you with that element it won't hurt as much. Not sure though,just a guess.

Element Mastery stats will increase the damage of that particular element, as well as increase your elemental resistance against damage taken for that element. That's what I'm assuming the real bonus is. I have a feeling 1 mastery will = 1 int damage wise.
