Heh, its more of im used to the warm weather running, now its been rainning and breathing in cold air :P

once the season is over thats when they will do winter trainning, and defintly run in the snow :D

right now im trainning hard to fnish of the season and get as far as i can.

my best time is 16:55 in the 5000meter and im a freshmen right now :P

tho that was my very first race, and i havent ran that fast in a while ( last week i ran 18:03)

i think my first race i just kept concentrating on keeping the same pace, last week i was going lots of different paces

that's really good. I was never that fast of a runner. my best 5K time was like 21:50 or so. I had some unfortunate injuries that didn't help me get much better

yea the thing about this sport is it can do some real damage on your leg or hips, our team has like 7 good seniors, but in the past couple of years they have had lots of knee problems and other problems

There are ways to prevent injurys, like stretching certain parts, but thats not going to always work

like running on road pavment just feels horrible for the legs if u do it every day

lol. I had weird problems like the team would all run over the same spot on the sidewalk, but I would be the one who would step on the nail that nobody else saw

ouchies thats bad luck :(

the worst things iv stepped on are just branches on the ground that like trap your foot, and i almost fall every time because i lose my balance.
