that's really good. I was never that fast of a runner. my best 5K time was like 21:50 or so. I had some unfortunate injuries that didn't help me get much better
yea the thing about this sport is it can do some real damage on your leg or hips, our team has like 7 good seniors, but in the past couple of years they have had lots of knee problems and other problems
There are ways to prevent injurys, like stretching certain parts, but thats not going to always work
like running on road pavment just feels horrible for the legs if u do it every day
