Just a notice that I've been suffering from the flu since last Wednesday. I had a sick stomach on Wednesday; on Thursday I just didn't have great energy, and on Friday I really started feeling under the weather. I managed to get through my fitness classes on Wed & Fri, and I played basketball on Thursday night. Saturday and Sunday were complete wastes: I felt awful. Today seems marginally better but I have a feeling I will be skipping out on work this Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri. My work involves a lot of movement, no matter which job I'm doing.
So I thought I'd be back on track last week but that plan got derailed. nn pity, just need a little R&R
Hope you're feeling better soon big man..... I know what it's like to feel down in the dumps.
