Easy way to get some chars up is to do a Mirror Maze (maybe) for something to do with all the quests done, have a level 71 make a new game after it's done, and then just continue rinse / repeating until you can handle mobs you're comfortable with. I bet that EE / HM is nice to have now. Did I sell anyone my EE / Life setup for MM? I'm thinking maybe dave, can't remem.
That could possibly prove correct it would of course require
*Still being able to see lvl 71 groups no matter how high of a lvl you are. (Which i'm guessing Paul removed, but not sure yet)
*Bridging not effecting drops. (Lvl 150 joining a lvl 71 group could effect drop rates or possibly take the 4x 150 lvl into account and make the mobs lvl 150 which could possibly kill the lvl 71)
There are so many factors and possibilities here it is truly exciting.
I might test out 71+ lvling on HC later today with a 100 vita build and lots of fishies to sustain me.
EDIT- Another curiosity I have is if these new mobs will be shown as eps lvl 71+ (especially the ones where we don't know what they do yet)
