Whyso locked former Empire member?

You may know the answer to what I have to ask.
Was McClain locked for taking an item on LS?
Isn't there no such thing as scamming on LS?

There's no way to get locked for taking items on LS to my knowledge. McClain was locked due to D2 reasons.

I mean... if you took items on LS, then you're just a fucking douchebag anyway and deserve to be locked.

Well that's what happened here.
Let me tell you the story.

Me and a friend were at his house (I went there to slash)
We were slashing and after my old Guild leader sent me LS gear through vault (which it says they don't have to send back) I left the Guild with my new items.
Now I'm locked?
It says right in the vault that it's a one way thing that the receiver doesn't have to send back.
This is not lockable, so I shouldn't be locked.

Edit: If that's the case, you're in a douchebag's Guild, because McClain did it as well.
