What kind of char should i make to be the most usefull as possible?

Dependent on what you think is the most useful.

As Jesse stated... melee is the quickest and easiest.
You will either persavere or not... best to persavere, as the rewards will come in time.

I'd recommend a fighter personally, and as for weapon choice it's really all about preference. Clubs and staffs are the cheapest weapons though and since fighters can't use staffs I'd probably recommend clubs but axes are a fine choice as well, but slightly more expensive

Yu use it with a heavy plate ( i recommend plate mail) with high ee.

So here how its work : You make a baba, you use the weapon/armor and then you put it in a corner and wait reset. When reset hapens you make a mage.. Ezz
