This is what I have been finding with Multiheal at the moment, and based on the following

Multiheal Ability Using Guardian:
You want to put only 4-5 points into this ability.
You want to get to a point where your "CHARGE" reaches 75% within 4-5 Heal Attempts.
Now... you will be able to Heal everyone to your Heal Charms capacity;
Example: if you do 300 avg heal with a single cast, then reaching 75% charge will deal same average.
Multiheal Ability Using Other Character Class:
You want to put only 7 points into this ability.
You want to get to a point where your "CHARGE" reaches 75% within 4-5 Heal Attempts.
Now... you will be able to Heal everyone to your Heal Charms capacity;
Example: if you do 300 avg heal with a single cast, then reaching 75% charge will deal same average.
Please Note: This is still under testing... if you have further information, please add to this.
I have tested the guardian part
i did 5 into it and get it to 100% charge and it does a good heal to everyone
but i found out that if your a tank guardian then i did all salvation with like 2-3 into multi and sence i got salvation to 150% charge in seconds i can heal like 1k-2k every few seconds
and i did none into heal tank sence my melee was really low i was like why bother with salvation it was enough to heal me fully every few seconds
