nice.... you start HC slasher AFTER you leave lab.

but anyways, yeah if your gear isnt so amazing i'd put the first 5-10 points into vitality. also, don't shy away from the EE armors. they keep you alive and thats what you want

don't always try to go after the best EE items if you're not a heavy spended, because prices can be around 3-5x as much as softcore prices

They work nicely
A little better then a sword because not such a low minimum damage.

But axes are also good for concentrated or more consistent damage.

Wth dex added you get really nice damage, without the low ends of the swords...
