Cooking myself some dinner for later. Using those oven bags that you toss meat/veggies into a bag and cook it, similar to pot-roasting but in oven.

3lb Beef Chuck Roast, seared on stove
8 Small Red Potatoes, quartered
5 Carrots, chopped
1 Large onion, chopped

tossed all that in the bag and boy does it ever smell good... now to cook for a few hours and drool on myself over the smell
