@ Shannon-I'm sorry to hear about the problems your dad is having. It's good news that he is in a better hospital though. Best wishes to him before, during and after surgery. I'll be praying for him. Getting old may be a bitch sometimes, but sometimes things could be worse. Like NOT getting old.

iv been staying at my gf's, she went away and didnt see her for a week, her cousin came up to visit with her when she came back, i went over for a couple of hours, that turned into 10 days! haha had some "catching up" to do!

I work tonight from about 4:30 - 10:30 PM (give or take 15 mins on either side). I managed to not schedule any personal training sessions for this week, but I'll be back at that next week as well.

LS-wise I should probably pick up my socks and work toward a GP. It would be a shocker
