That I can say is a nice item for what I want to do... but not Plate...
And I definately do not have the fg

This is what I use at Level 15:

noooo tier 3 for me. they are more often than not extremely rough... the level gap has something to do with it. but i die more on tier 3-5 items than i do on tier 6+
