Night Empire I need to sleep so sleepy made it to 68.75 hoping tomorrow to finish and get 71 and be ready for the mq bash on the 1st.

Found this charm tonight and have no clue if its nice or not dont think ive found a item W both reduction

Angelic ice IX,
Spell Damage: 51 to 62,
+2% Heal Mastery,
+7% Magical Damage Reduction,
+2% Physical Damage Reduction,
+173 Max Mana
