Something to remember: at lvl 1 prof every muted item still has chance to turn back as a magical essence. This means AJ and I can supply all the 0 proficiency muters with extra magic stuff

Rares give 1%, but fail quite a bit at 0 prof. So if we can supply magic essence, they supply us with rares, it evens out
