It is always expected that common courtesy is to be exercised when guild-mates seem to be bidding against each other.

Not wanting to make it a hard and fast rule, or anything like that, but personally,
if I were to see a guildie bidding on an item I would refrain from entering a bid of my own.

If u already supplying 2 peeps don't bother. I can usually find a bunch if a climb is running or something
