Yes its similar to glyph just that the effect sets in directly and is not over a longer duration like a glyph.

You can use them like comfreys to heal your mana/life and also that of your party during catacomb runs!!!
Drag and drop it to the target figure you want to give it or hold ctrl while you left click on it to use it for yourself.

You can also use the boxes 1-5 at the top.
Put it in there and when you e.g. press 1 on your keyboard it will use the item in box 1 directly.

Its extremely helpful for objectives :)


How far is your proficiency?
The higher you get, the more of them you can stack also!!!
