every tier, the ee of an item goes down around 20, so ur tier4 axe works like a 40ee tier5 axe, so ur sword will do more dmg

that is wrong ... and i know that this is wrong.
but this statistic doesnt start at Tier 1 so i was asking if anyone know the exact amount ...
