Probably around 6-8 a night. Some times less, but I usually make it up with a little mid-day nap.
I just don't really understand why I would still be tired if I get a good amount of sleep.
Yeah, I never do naps, never, even when I'm ill I dont.
I don't like messing with my daily sleeping routines (Sleep early wake up early)
Like even when I'm travelling, I'll go ahead and adjust and all to their local time and I'll be able to do it easy while my parents fall asleep.
