Your right but imo , when you are in a guild you should be active and you should also be reading everything clearly.
I dont ask for 10+ post a days in here

But 1-3 is actually fine, we have 20 member right now and only 6 posted here today but all of them got online ...
It takes like 5 min for them to get on...

Ill give them a couple of adaptation time but for sure in like 1-2 week ill start kicking non active member.
