Should I buy a 28 Intelligence club for 50 Forum Gold? I'm lvl 35 Caster, I think I need a new weap

i have a 40 dagger/sword with 100 ee at that point if you'd like

I grinded 45-71 with a 87ee axe last time

I think I can handle a 35-71 with a 91ee dagger on a char with higher stats =]
