Can someone link me to a thread explaining proficiencies in detail? I have had one full for a while and it hasn't given me the next prof rank yet.

Thats pauls release post. Basically they take forever to go up lol, I have slashed quite a few lvls and its only 2.6 ish. tom has done 0-59 or so w/ all axes and his is lvl 3 something.

That is entirely possible. Mine finally hit 2nd rank and I'm lvl 18. I have a lot of + Crit so this might be helping.
