It's because you're using a sword without much dex on the character.. so not enough crit hits until your dex is higher. Life steal % is really good but without big hits (crits) you won't steal enough. Also the def on the armor isn't very high. So maybe try switching armors? Need to raise defense (armor EE) or raise dmg (str points) or raise crits (dex points).

You'll find what you need Black, just takes time. For dex @ your char, not sure - I think there was a bug or something earlier, I saw your char @ LVL41 instead of 60+ on the page, and your dex was only 102 or something then. I think anything over 120 is good when you're 60+, higher the better of course. But mostly I think you need to get better defense on armor maybe, to be even faster. It's hard to find some high EE armor with life steal, though. Good luck.
