ntb we have (its cliffs tbh) a 124 ee lvl 25 focused too, but no other stats, not sure which would be better overall, though based on cody you want at least 75 or 100 dex at low/mid lvls for a breakpoint, and i kinda saw it when i upgraded to hit 75 so he may be right
