It's a bug, it will go away if you reroll or kill a mob I believe, and I almost think it has something to do with the gear you had on when you MQ'd but not 100% sure.

No, not yet anyway, I would want to make some sort of prototype image so people have a clue what I am talking about. I still might, even though most of the community would flame it.
