+18% Heal Mastery

it is the same as Heal Mastery... but with weapons.

Example:

Worn Items:
Sword (+15% Sword Mastery / 85% EE)
Robe (35% Sword mastery / +15 str / + 35 dex)
Main Charm: (35% Sword Mastery / 35% Heal Mastery)
Acc Focus 145% ee

Basically it is like Heal Mastery but to improve your damage with a weapon...
