Nella schermata in alto a sinistra, di fianco la scritta Connect to IRC: scegliere Other Server...: fatto questo si potrà inserire manualmente il server alla quale connettersi e si dovrà inserire questo indirizzo IP: 208.110.65.135 o più semplicemente questo url: irc.d2jsp.org
Ora bisognerà inserire il nick che volete usare e come channel mettere #minions, cliccare su GO ed il gioco è fatto!

Per la chat se usate firefox basta che installiate "chat zilla", che è un componente aggiuntivo, non vi serve nient'altro e non dipende dal sistema operativo.
