Life per kill 3-60 (if stackable) will help... as you stated... final blow does not get LPA or % LL... so this is good

The reason why I did not want any Life Per Attack, is because I think it will cancel out the % Life Steal... so this is just assuming at the moment.

/edit: and about your melee weller, I think that getting all of those stats on your items will be really really hard. Those would be ideal but basically unattainable without an insane budget. Enhanced effect and stats are what you should focus on for the most part

Great to know thanks... but at least I know exactly what can work...
You never know when the gods will smile on us... the the sky opens up and all those items drop
when welling... all secondary items... WOOOOOOOT....

Those items that you welled at low level or w/e... just put them on the market place
with a mule character... see if they get bought within the next 3 days... if not...
then you have some spare shrining items if you grind...
