sounds like you need to reload your operating system, But I am not a computer guy.

2 things you can easily

start menu - RUN- type CMD- this opens command prompt on command prompt- chkdsk /r hit ENTER
let this run and follow instructions. it should repair your system files then when its done, close it and reboot

second thing, while booting up, press the function key that brings you to bios settings. then press the f5 key to restore default values then press f10 to save and exit.
