I have a question, what is the equivalent of +1 critical strike to Dexterity?

like is +1 Dex > +1 Critical Strike (In chance of critting?)

+1 critical strike is the same as +2dex

I bought this for 80 fg.

Rare Tempered Diamond Chain Mail
Level Requiremtn:45
Defense:36-92
+10% Enhanced Effect
+33 Dexterity

I bought this for 15 fg.

I felt that if i wanted to sell this stuff I could get about 150 fg for the sword and about 75-100 fg for the armor, but since im not an expert at all for this stuff..I would like your estimate on these two items.

i would say 30 to 50fg on the armor and 75 to 125fg for the sword
