alright, i understand how a dvd burner works. did some google work on that part because i was wondering how it writes them. theres the low power laser that reads them and a higher power that writes them. completely hypothetical, but could the higher powered one burn you? my evil little mind wonders XD

Possibly, If you've ever felt a cd/dvd right after its burnt, they're pretty warm.

Idk how powerful the laser is though.
