Arena till lvl 15, with just rand 1fg gear like Bronze Swords, Bronze Plate Mail, or w/e you can use.

From then on it seems Catacombs is the answer.

It is hard to even fathomn the depth of sorrow I am going through right now. I tend to stick by guilds, but being in a guild with a non-donator with over 270K fg? Being nearby such intense levels of epicness... this sensation is hard to describe... the adrenaline flowing through my veins... I'm sorry. :'(
