Ok I currently have 108 dex on my rogue with a +37 armor @ lvl 45.

Bought a new +50 str armor and was wondering if I bought a perfect level 45 +45 dex charm and raised my total dex to 117 would that be good enough?

Or should I add some pts into dex?

Anything ~120 should be enough I think. I don't suppose you'll have problems with 117 overall dex.

/edit though I see some people prefer to spend all points in dex with a rogue.
