It depends if you're buying or selling it
It's a buyers market right now, it's hard to sell stuff for its actual value/worth.
As for a price, I don't know :/
...but I can tell you that if you don;t need to sell it right now, wait for Paul's next update and see if it brings back life to LS and the economy.
I've tried selling some stuff and even lowered prices many times and no luck. I have loans to pay back (one of them is to you ) but it's really not a good time to sell anything unless it's top-notch or badass items - and even then it's not necessarily a good time to sell b/c people don;t want to spend their fg.
