I made some tests and i might have discovered a key to the succes welling an item. I am not 100% sure but i am 80% sure on this thing.

It seams that if you well the nonmagical item just before you found it you have way better chance to be succesful in welling it.

Also its better just to well items that are -10 levels then you for exemple if you are level 20 then you should only try to well level 10 req. items becouse if you well level 15 req items for exemple you have a penalty and the chances to succesful well an item decreases a lot.

soon i will make an experiemnt regarding this but i must do it on softcore to play one level for one, two days and after calculate the chances.

this have nothing to do with the items i think.
mobs spwan randomly hard^^

I just can say when u are lvl 20 and well lvl 15 items its harder then u well lvl 10 items
and yes dennis if u got luck then spawn are ez low life or it got much life its how ever random

Item stats make a well spawn stronger !!! xD
