You can't make a real good vita bowa without a lot of 3/x/20's but they're better if you can get the charms. In my bowas inv I used Anni, Torch, 14x 3 frw/5 all resist and 22 3/x/20's.

You really just want 5k guided and rest into vita but glass cannons do fair too well in pubs a lot better suited for team duels.

Make sure you have around 1.2k life and then pump dex. You don't want to get killed by Thunderstorms and stuff. It's one thing to die in 1 fireball it's another to die to a stray ice bolt from frozen orb.
