Just did a little experiment with vita. If you add each level you get +1 amount per lvl. For instance if you add at lvl 2, you get 3 life. At 3 you get 4 and so on... If you wait every 5 levels you get a "bonus" At lvl 5 you get 6. If you add as you go when you get to lvl 5 you will have added 22 life. If you wait until 5 you will get 24. If you wait until 10 you will get 44. At the lower lvls life isn't as important unless you are naked or wearing a shitty robe which is basically the same thing. It will definitely be nice to have the extra vita in the higher lvls. You could do the same with mana,but you want to consider going melee ( yea wtf me later) for the first few gear swaps. It would worth it to have the extra boost when it is really needed. Just my 2 cents. And it's worth $38 and some change. ( for those that get the reference lol)

@ rank 4 you can do T1 Godly to T3 Legendary. I'd push for higher than your current iso. I'll send some higher T2's and low T3s. See what you think.

honestly i try but you can do alot more +1/+2 in the time it takes to do a couple +4+, find i gain experience faster

So i just did a Tier II +1 and it took me 3 minutes to complete. and i received +47

on average a +1/+2 tier II will take about 1 minut and give me +25-30, so in 3 minutes i could get +75-90

Im sure if i was a higher rank i would want to do my max as you can actually get something from it, but at this level its just getting prof as fast as possible
