personally, i kinda disagree. i started ls a couple months ago with about 400fg from diablo stuff, didnt really spend that much or go broke and i even died in hc a few times. now ive got 3.6k. it just takes a while to make fg imo.

so for everyone who cares about prof lvls, i have now retested and verified my theory on prof lvls. you dont start gaining prof exp untill your char is 1 lvl higher than the prof lvl. my daggers are at lvl11 and i got no prof exp till i hit lvl 12.

I started 1st of July this season with 0fg, and have been making around 200-500 fg each climb from drops most from muteables some nice finds

and been grinding my way up the ranks. And i have been spending around 3-4k fg each month on items and goodies

exactly, i made pretty much all of my fg from selling every damn item i found that was worth muting and a few that prob werent lol, i just sold em cheap. and since i dont do wells, it takes even longer for me to find decent items.

edit: forgot lol, i have also gotten fg from my mq fails/passes, but most of that goes right back into my char i dont even try and save that. sigh, iso monk equipment.....

ahh... never saw that so it was new to me lol. still kind of a bummer thou. any idea on what the cata monsters are capped at? i think ive heard 73, but eventually im gonna test it out myself.

edit: unfortunately im hc, i think we only have one other hc monk in BTG and i would imagine hes using his setup lol.

double edit: and in case no one saw it earlier, paul said that the profs will not reset with a ladder reset. sweet!!!! ive got a combined 31profs and growing....
