Equation for spell damage: (.95 + int/100)(1 + (EE+prof)/100) = a number. this number is what you multiply the base damage of the charm by to get your shown damage

I'll be using the numbers here which apply to you best rex: rogue with 10 starting stats, everything put into int and @ level 65. comes out at 175 total from statting + weapon + armour

Ice in main slot: (.95 + 175/100)(1 + (131+6)/100) = 6.4
Ice in acc slot: ((.95 + 220/100)(1 + (131+6)/100)) * 0.75 = 5.6

you can see from these that you will do less damage with the casting charm in your acc slot
