melee sucks ass for soloing and if u wanna solo caster is the best way to go

soloing is better than waiting for group

if u say so..

but as you can see if you look on my mules, i only have equipment for melee.

and i dont have much fgs for building a caster

on mage u will have a chain of like 10 at ur lvl i swear to u ><
and as a mage u can attack attack attack heal attack attack attack heal ><

mages can kill monsters much faster then melee so if u shrine things u dont need and get regen gear even if u onyl get a chain of 3 on a mage u will still be lvling probly 4-5x as fast as if u were using melee
