Well its a little slow for me right now but I expected it to be with all the available items on the Mp but I will get some decent gear and then be back to getting 3-5 Mq's aweek cept they'll be twice as nice for the Gp's
Also I bumped This thread last night probably wouldnt hurt to give it another bump since its been over 4 hours

The bump rule in that forum is 24 hours, not 4 hours.

Isn't it 12?

I'm not 100% certain, but when I PM'd paparick to inquire, he said he thought it was 24 hours. And most long-lived requests seem to be bumped every 24 or so, so I'd go with that.
