Matt - if i wasnt lvl 40 myself i'd have a nice 164%ee dagger for you to use.

i have a 48 str robe and this charm:

Level Req: 20
Spell Damage: 8 to 84
Magic Cost: 65
+18 Strength
+18 Dexterity
+39 Max Life
+2 Critical Strike
+4% Block

that charm has taken me to MQ twice already.
