I have this charm left over from my Wind charms still.
I just purchased a full Lightning set today.

Spell Damage: 104 to 470
Mana Cost: 109

+187% Enhanced Effect
+13 Intelligence
+2% Glancing Blow

If anyone needs it in the guild, let me know.
I'm not sure who is all casting or using Winds, but this would make a nice MQ charm for someone.

I was looking for 9k on it, but if someone here needs it I would do 8.5k since no fees are needed.
