Who to start, Fred Davis or Jared Cook? Looks like some fantasy news is pointing towards Fred Davis, he might have increased potential if Pierre Garcon sits out (game-time decision for tomorrows game)

I have this news update on Jared Cook which is fairly accurate:

Recommendation: Cook has definitely matured and is becoming a reliable target in the Titan's passing game and the Titans are working to extend his contract as this is the final year of his current deal. After a career-best 759 yards and three touchdowns last year, Cook is picking up where he left off in leading the Titans in Week 1 with 64 yards. He's already building rapport with quarterback Jake Locker and is primed to become an elite TE this year.
