My "computer week" has been interesting, to say the least. My java needed updating (browsers were crashing), my DSL connection got hit while someone was cleaning (my 'phone line still isn't quite right), and I've been getting some freezing and overclocking ... basically, my desktop is too cluttered and etc etc etc. I'm working on some solutions, but I'll probably need to get a new PC soon. I'm considering a Mac, but I'm a bit worried about some compatibility issues so I'll need to see if there are Mac versions of some of my favourite stuff (programs, etc). I may way until my current clunker dies of old age, but I want to get ahead of that issue by running 2 x PCs at once, which is what I've done in the past. That way I can pre-move some stuff.
EDIT: oh yeah, my power button/start menu and some other stuff have taken a beating from Marcus. That's another big thing.
If I
happen to be AFK for 1-2 days soon, don't panic.Well it's not unusual for me anyway, but just in case this thing finally bites the dust ... alas, I've got a BBQ to attend to tonight
