We are going to get passed by our friends at Ancient Blood very soon. Would love to see more of you slashing, been looking through some of the ranks lately and also paying attention to who is climbing and who is not. Trust me I don't wanna sound like the nagging parent, but c'mon guys! This chat should be used for more LS oriented stuff rather than the spamfest it has become. I am just as guilty as anyone, but I have not been posting nearly as much in here lately, and it is mainly due to having to dig through pages of stuff that could have been instant messaged, just to see people that want to slash or need help with builds or advice or gear.

Will be home soon, gonna try to find a high level well while I wait for our 55-MQ group to assemble.
/endrant, it's beer-thirty
Jesse,
If our members were all slashing as they were in September and October, we would have 2000 guild points. We have 4 key members that have computer or other real life issues. Bummer.
People take slashing in spells. There are always the exception to the rule. Whether we pass Kirby or always trail Kirby, the guild alliance has been quite a success. We owe you guys a debt of gratitude.
You folks have been an inspiration and provided fuel for our small juggernaut.
Regarding removing people, do it and don't think twice about it, in my opinion. There are 3 members of AB that do not slash but have been long time members of the guid before we became a ls guild. I won't remove them unless we need more slots.
Dead weight is dead weight. There came a time when I had to rethink what direction I wanted the guild to go. Once i made up my mind, I cleaned house. I removed some long time friends. Some of them have been afk so long, they dont know they have been removed.
We require our new members to produce at least one gp within the first week of joining. If they can't do that, they are not ever going to be a productive member. Members for the sake of having members is worthless. It is all about quality versus quantity at the place we call Ancient Blood.
