The first one is.. the fire is more for muting.. and idk about the cured leather. I don't think that's good for anything.

a level 5 item has max dex of 20, so IMO 19 on it is pretty damn useful to a rogue that does melee at level 5.

I knew it was good dex on it, but the fact that it was leather, I just wasn't sure.
