i felt the same way, except kind of said i would play as a mage with substandard gear (and keep about 40k for df). since i sold the gear my carpal tunnel has actually gotten worse somehow so there is no way i will be coming back anytime soon. love LS but the thought of anything keeping me from my music/luthier work makes an easy decision.
reminder: use good technique when typing, for the love of your wrist nerves!
