Hey can anyone give me a basic rundown on how suffusencing works?

Like I now what it does and that I need a item+essance to use it
but I can't figure out what buttons it wants me to push lol

btw im not really going to be doing to much skilling but figure better to use my down time regening doing skills then just watching the health bar go up slowly lol

after some practice I think I figured it out lol

sadly it took me like 5 fails though which is just sad on my part
