Curiosity...does a higher level character have better chance to transmute decent items or well them? Or can one give an item to a level 1 or so character, have decent results with the well with an easier fight? I ask because I keep losing the fight when i mute like a mithril sword or axe or whatever
transmuting is all luck a level 1 can transmute what a lvl 71 can transmute
magic luck effects only the following:
magical+arcane = higher chance of remaining arcane or better (for better it is a very very small chance)
magical+magical= rare very very small chance
but anyways magic luck increasing the magic prefix doesnt give better mods

GSB, failed for i think 24 straight then i started passing like hell

before those it was all fails
also i wrote in guild note box what that little picture is under guild menu
i never saw it before
